Why do clients choose All County Staffing, Inc?
A: The professionals at All county Staffing have been
providing private duty home care services since 1990. All
Caregivers are carefully screened and references are checked
to ensure that you receive quality care. The licenses of
all our Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses are verified
with the State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation.
Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are screened
by the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
Q: What types of health care services are provided to
clients in their home?
A: Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants
(CNA) will assist you with all of your activities of daily
living (ADL"s). They can provide assistance with bathing,
dressing, walking, transportation, grooming, and other personal
care services. They can also perform general household tasks
such as meal preparation, laundry, changing bed linens,
light housekeeping, errands and transportation to the doctor
or on other outings.
Q:
Are All County Staffing services available to seniors in
nursing homes/ assisted living facilities?
A: Yes, we provide assistance to care facility residents
who require additional attention and/or personalized assistance.
Q:
Who pays the caregiver, me or you?
A: All County Staffing handles all billing,
payroll, and administrative responsibilities for you.
Q:
How do I reach someone after hours or on weekends if I need
to change my care or if I have questions?
A: All County Staffing provides a live person who answers
the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q:
Do I need to contact my doctor if I want to use All County
Staffing for home health services?
A:
It is not necessary for you to contact your doctor about
our services. If you contact our office, we will have one
of our Registered Nurses contact your doctor on your behalf,
receive verbal orders for care and provide documentation
to the doctor about the services which we provide. In addition,
your doctor may recommend All County Staffing to you for
your home care needs.
Q:
What do I need to do if I have a private home health or
a long term care insurance policy?
A: Clients with private home health or long term care
Policies simply need to contact us and provide us with basic
information about your insurance company. All County Staffing
will contact your insurance policy and verify your benefits.
All County Staffing will then bill the insurance company
on the client's behalf on a weekly basis.
